About this boat

Compact and capable, this boat will appeal to a wide audience. It is often said that the best fun afloat is in a small boat. This concept is not lost on this Italian company, which has a track record of building sturdy, functional, compact craft that are also great fun to drive. This speed boat has it all ‒ well, as much as you can realistically fit into a 6m open boat. The design does a very good job of making use of every inch of space ‒ starting with the hull design, which does a clever job of making use of the full beam, pretty much right up to the bow. On deck, the benefits of this design are fourfold: firstly, a big forward seating area; secondly, with the infill this large seating area becomes a big sunbed; thirdly, beneath the seating area is a vast storage cavity, into which you could store more water toys than this boat can tow; and fourthly, the blunt bow is wide enough to house a big anchor locker with windlass – a rarity in a 6m boat. This whole area is surrounded by high guard rails.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this boat insured, and who pays for damage?
Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. You're only responsible for damage it doesn't cover, and that's capped at the security deposit.
How much will fuel cost?
Fuel isn't included, and on a powerboat it's the biggest variable cost. At a typical planing cruise this boat's 150 HP engine burn roughly 23 L/h — about €43 an hour at €1.87/L. It depends heavily on speed: easing off the throttle cuts it sharply, running flat out raises it. Plan your fuel around the hours and speed you expect to cruise.
Do I need a sailing licence in Croatia?
At least one crew member must hold a recognised sailing licence (ICC or national equivalent) plus a VHF/SRC radio operator certificate, both checked on arrival.
