Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. For damage it doesn't cover, your liability is usually limited to the security deposit, except where the operator's terms say otherwise. Operator terms: The price includes compulsory third-party liability insurance, comprehensive (Casco) insurance up to the registered vessel value, and crew accident insurance. Casco covers damage exceeding the deposit, but not damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

Fuel isn't included — you return the tank full. Estimated from engine power: this boat's ~370 HP engines burn roughly 29.6 L/h while motoring, so a typical week (about 3 h a day, ~21 h) works out to roughly 622 L ≈ €1163 at €1.87/L — scale it to your own plans.

At least one crew member must hold a recognised sailing licence (ICC or national equivalent) plus a VHF/SRC radio operator certificate, both checked on arrival.

Pets are only allowed if we have agreed to it in advance. If we do, there is an extra cleaning charge based on our current price list.

You can cruise within Croatian territorial waters. If you want to go beyond them, you need our written consent first.

Night sailing is not recommended, and we ask you to sail only in safe weather and good visibility. You should not leave port if the port authorities have banned departures.

The boat is for your own cruise only, so commercial charters, fishing for profit, sailing courses and subleasing are not allowed. Races and regattas need our prior consent, and towing another boat is not permitted. Only the people on your crew list can be aboard, up to the number the vessel is registered for.

If we judge that the skipper or vessel manager lacks the navigation skills needed, we can require an official skipper to join you, charged at our current price list rate. If you refuse the skipper, we can stop the vessel from sailing and keep the full amount paid.
