Magazia Anchorage

Magazia sits on the quieter eastern side of Paxos, offering a calm spot to drop the hook in genuinely unspoiled surroundings. The village itself is small and low-key, with the kind of unhurried Greek island atmosphere that's increasingly hard to find. You're well-placed to explore the island's interior olive groves or make the short trip down to Gaios, the main town, for supplies and tavernas. Holding is generally good over sand and weed in moderate depths, though space can get tight in peak summer.
