Cala Cartoe

Cala Cartoe sits within the Gulf of Orosei, one of Sardinia's most celebrated stretches of coastline, and it holds its own even in that company — think crystal-clear turquoise water, white pebbles, and limestone cliffs framing the bay on either side. It feels genuinely remote, though you'll find a bar and parking on site, which takes the edge off without ruining the wild atmosphere. Snorkelling and scuba diving are the big draws here, with the underwater visibility being exceptional.
