Portu Cuau

Portu Cuau is one of those genuinely hard-to-reach bays along the Baunei coast — you can only get here by boat or by completing a grueling multi-day stretch of the Selvaggio Blu, one of Italy's most demanding coastal treks. The bay is framed by dramatic limestone cliffs plunging into crystal-clear emerald water, with a small beach tucked in between. If you're arriving by sea, it's a prime spot for scuba diving and snorkeling thanks to the exceptional water clarity.
