Cala di Ficu
Cala di Ficu is a wild, unspoiled bay on the west coast of Corsica, about 30km south of Ajaccio, where you drop the hook and swim ashore to a beach that sees very little company. The setting is raw and rugged, with the rocky coastline of Capu di Feno nearby and donkeys reportedly wandering the shore — not something you see every day. You reach the beach either from the water or via a coastal path from the larger Capu di Feno beach to the north.
