Cala Mitjana

Drop anchor off one of Menorca's most untouched coves, where the water shifts from deep blue to striking turquoise over a bed of white sand. Cala Mitjana is only reachable by boat or a short 1.2 km walk through the pine-covered headland, which keeps the crowds manageable and the setting beautifully raw. The soft white sand and sheltered, postcard-perfect setting make it well worth lingering — just bring everything you need, as there's nothing commercial here.
