Port Pianottoli-Caldarello

Tucked into a sheltered bay in southern Corsica, Port Pianottoli-Caldarello holds a pretty strategic spot as the only deep-water port between Bonifacio and Propriano — a long stretch of coastline. It's a small setup with around 160 moorings and limited services, so come prepared, but the setting more than compensates. The village of Pianottoli-Caldarello is right there if you need basics, and the wild beaches and maquis-covered hills of the Alta Rocca region are easy to explore from here.
