Porto Montenegro is essentially a small city within a city — a luxury marina village carved out of Tivat's waterfront, where superyacht berths sit alongside upscale boutiques, fine dining, and a buzzing promenade. You can easily spend a full day here just wandering the seafront, grabbing a meal, or watching some seriously impressive boats come and go. It's one of the most polished spots on the entire Adriatic coast, and the Mediterranean backdrop makes everything look a little more cinematic than it has any right to.
