Naval Heritage Collection Museum

Tucked inside a beautifully restored 19th-century sawmill, this museum digs into Tivat's deep maritime past with exhibits that spill out from the historic building into a massive open-air space under a concrete canopy. It's one of the few museums where the architecture itself is part of the story — the old sawmill setting gives the whole place a genuinely cool, industrial-meets-history vibe that's hard to find elsewhere in the Bay of Kotor.
