Spiaggia Puntalena

Puntalena is a small, tucked-away beach on Lipari's coastline, stretching just under half a kilometre and known locally as Punta Lena. You anchor off here and take in the raw volcanic scenery that makes the Aeolian Islands so distinctive. It's quiet and unhurried, reachable by a couple of hiking trails if you want to explore the island on foot from here.
