Uvala Sakarun

Drop anchor in Sakarun Bay on Dugi Otok's northwestern shore — nicknamed the 'Caribbean of the Adriatic' for good reason. The bay's striking white sand shoreline and shallow turquoise water are genuinely rare for this part of Croatia, and the square-shaped bay feels almost too good to be real. It's one of the most photographed beaches in the Zadar region, so arrive early in summer if you want a quieter spot.
