Mermaid
Mermaid, our charter assistant, is the chat on charter.boats. It finds and compares boats, sets availability alerts for you, and answers your inquiries first, bringing in the boat's owner or a person from our team when needed. Mermaid cannot book or pay for you: you do that yourself, as the articles above describe.
If something here does not match what you see, ask Mermaid in the chat, or write to support@charter.boats.
