Mahón's historic fish market, Sa Peixateria, is worth a wander even if the fresh catch takes up less space than you'd expect — just two fish stalls these days, with the rest given over to a deli and tapas bar. The building itself is stunning, and it still holds the best selection of local seafood on the island. Grab something to cook or pull up a stool and eat right there.
