Pillars sits right on the water's edge inside Nelson's Dockyard, one of the most historically charged spots in the Caribbean. The alfresco setting is genuinely elegant without being stuffy — you can grab breakfast from 7:30am, a casual lunch through the afternoon, or settle in for dinner as the harbour lights come on.
