Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. You're only responsible for damage it doesn't cover, and that's capped at the security deposit. Operator terms: Client personally responsible for payment of indemnity for all damages or losses directly caused by Client to yacht equipment or inventory.

Not personally — a skipper comes with this boat and holds the licence. Generally, though: At least one crew member must hold a recognised sailing licence (ICC or national equivalent) plus a VHF/SRC radio operator certificate, both checked on arrival.

Your skipper handles all the sailing, navigation, docking, anchoring, and local recommendations, and has final say on the sailing plan for safety. The chef prepares and serves breakfast and lunch, keeps the galley and common areas tidy, and helps the skipper with sailing and mooring.

Your charter comes with a sail-ready yacht, breakfast and lunch prepared by the chef, and an Adrenaline Pack with a tender, two paddleboards, a wakeboard, a donut, plus snorkelling and light fishing gear. You also get unlimited Wi-Fi with YouTube Music and Netflix, and generator power for up to 8 hours a day.

Yes. Daily cabin cleaning and bed-making, cocktails and full bar service, personal errands, and dedicated full-day childcare are not included unless a third crew member is arranged in advance.

The skipper normally works 8am to 7pm and the chef 8am to 6pm. The crew are entitled to rest and to have their private quarters respected, and requests outside these hours are at their discretion. We ask that the crew always be treated with respect and courtesy.

Pets may only come aboard with our written permission. The tender is for support only, must stay within 500 metres of the yacht in constant sight, and may be operated by the crew only, not used as a taxi.
