Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. For damage it doesn't cover, your liability is usually limited to the security deposit, except where the operator's terms say otherwise. Operator terms: The vessel's insurance policy covers Compulsory Passenger Insurance and Compulsory Third Party Insurance. Passengers' personal property is not covered.

Fuel isn't included — you return the tank full. Estimated from engine power: this boat's ~51 HP engine burns roughly 4.1 L/h while motoring, so a typical week (about 3 h a day, ~21 h) works out to roughly 86 L ≈ €159 at €1.85/L — scale it to your own plans.

Not personally — this boat requires a skipper, who holds the licence. Generally, though: A valid sailing licence is required for any charter, and a VHF radio certificate is commonly requested as well.

Only with our prior written consent. Please ask us before you book and do not bring any animals aboard without that approval.

Yes. Night sailing and taking part in races or regattas need our prior written consent. You can't carry passengers or cargo for commercial purposes or hand the boat to a third party. Fishing and diving activities need valid licences.

For safety, you shouldn't leave port when winds are forecast above 25 knots or the port authorities ban departures. In a gale, tell us your exact location so we can help. Weather delays aren't accepted as an excuse for returning late, so plan to be about 40 NM from the base two days before the end of your trip.

The boat is chartered for Montenegrin waters. If you want to go beyond Montenegro's territorial waters, tell us in writing at least 45 days before your charter starts. An additional vessel will be arranged at your cost.

We may ask you to show your skills with a short demonstration sail at the start of your charter. If we aren't satisfied, we'll assign a skipper at the Price List rate. If you refuse the skipper, the charter is terminated and the paid rate is kept.
