About this boat
Plenty of room for a big crew to spread out when the midday heat builds, with a swim platform for cooling off. The maestral fills in around noon and fades by evening, and with a town quay most nights, dinner ashore is easy.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this boat insured, and who pays for damage?
Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. For damage it doesn't cover, your liability is usually limited to the security deposit, except where the operator's terms say otherwise. You can lower the deposit by adding the operator’s damage waiver. Operator terms: All yachts have hull insurance and policies covering damage to persons and third parties. Insurance does not cover the client's personal property, deliberate damage, damage from lack of diligence or negligent manoeuvring, or engine damage caused by lack of oil.
How much will fuel cost?
Fuel isn't included — you return the tank full. Estimated from engine power: this boat's ~75 HP engine burns roughly 6 L/h while motoring, so a typical week (about 3 h a day, ~21 h) works out to roughly 126 L ≈ €236 at €1.87/L — scale it to your own plans.
Do I need a sailing licence in Croatia?
Not if you add a skipper — this boat offers one, who holds the licence. Generally, though: At least one crew member must hold a recognised sailing licence (ICC or national equivalent) plus a VHF/SRC radio operator certificate, both checked on arrival.
Can I bring my dog or other pet on board?
Pets are only allowed with our written consent given in advance, and a pet fee usually applies. Please ask us before booking so we can confirm.
Can I sail at night or take part in a regatta?
Night sailing, sailing alone and racing or regattas all need our prior consent (regattas in writing). Smoking inside the yacht is not allowed, and you can't use the boat commercially or hand it to a third party.
What happens if the weather turns bad?
Please don't leave port if wind above 30 knots is expected or the port authority forbids it. In heavy weather, follow the skipper's and marina's instructions and let our base manager know roughly where you are.
Where am I allowed to sail?
You can sail within Croatian territorial waters. Montenegro is the only exception and needs a special company licence, which costs EUR 400. Leaving Croatian waters otherwise needs our written permission.
Will you check my sailing skills?
We may ask you or your skipper to show your sailing skills to our representative at check-in. If we decide more experience is needed, we'll assign a professional skipper at the current price list rate. If you refuse the skipper, the charter is cancelled and payments are kept.
When is the best time to sail in Croatia?
May–October, with the most reliable maestral winds and warm seas in June–September; July–August are the hottest and busiest.
