Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. For damage it doesn't cover, your liability is usually limited to the security deposit, except where the operator's terms say otherwise. Operator terms: All yachts are insured under Greek law against fire, marine and collision risks and third-party damage. The charterer is relieved of liability covered by the policy unless the loss or damage is caused or contributed to by gross negligence or willful default.

Fuel isn't included — you return the tank full. Estimated from engine power: this boat's ~53 HP engine burns roughly 4.2 L/h while motoring, so a typical week (about 3 h a day, ~21 h) works out to roughly 88 L ≈ €172 at €1.95/L — scale it to your own plans.

Not if you add a skipper — this boat offers one, who holds the licence. Generally, though: Two crew with proof of competence are required — a skipper holding an ICC or national equivalent and a co-skipper who signs a declaration of sailing experience.

You can cruise within Greek waters only. Taking the yacht outside the Greek seas isn't permitted, and you shouldn't sail in areas your charts don't properly cover.

The yacht is chartered without crew, so your party needs at least one qualified skipper and one experienced crew member. Only people on your crew/passenger manifest can be aboard.

The boat is for your party's private pleasure. Racing is only allowed if agreed in advance with Racing Risk insurance paid, and towing other boats is only allowed in an emergency. Subletting needs our written consent.

Don't leave port if the harbour authorities ban sailing or if weather or the state of the yacht or crew makes the trip doubtful. Bad weather doesn't excuse a late return, so plan your route to be within 40 nautical miles of the return port two days before the end.

A late return is charged at your daily charter price plus 50% for each day or part of a day until the yacht is back. This applies even if the delay is caused by weather.
