Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. For damage it doesn't cover, your liability is usually limited to the security deposit, except where the operator's terms say otherwise. Operator terms: Insurance is included in the charter price: the yacht, third-party liability, passengers and sea pollution. Damage not covered by the insurance is covered by the security deposit.

Fuel isn't included — you return the tank full. Estimated from engine power: this boat's ~75 HP engine burns roughly 6 L/h while motoring, so a typical week (about 3 h a day, ~21 h) works out to roughly 126 L ≈ €246 at €1.95/L — scale it to your own plans.

Not if you add a skipper — this boat offers one, who holds the licence. Generally, though: Two crew with proof of competence are required — a skipper holding an ICC or national equivalent and a co-skipper who signs a declaration of sailing experience.

Yes, pets are welcome on board. We charge a EUR 50 per charter cleaning fee for them.

At least one crew member must show the Port Authority a sailing certificate proving skipper competence, and one experienced crew member must be declared as co-skipper. If we judge your skills or qualifications insufficient, we may ask you to hire a professional skipper.

The number of people aboard at sea must not exceed the maximum PAX shown in the yacht's documents for the boat you choose.

For safety, you shouldn't leave port or anchorage if the harbor authorities have banned sailing, or if the weather makes the trip doubtful for the yacht or crew. For daily cruises hit by bad weather, we can rearrange to another date depending on availability.

Please don't sail with unrepaired damage or faulty vital equipment such as the engine, sails or navigation lights. If a tow becomes unavoidable, tell us immediately, or if you can't reach us, agree the price with the other vessel's captain before accepting the tow.
