Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. You're only responsible for damage it doesn't cover, and that's capped at the security deposit. Operator terms: Compulsory Passenger Insurance and third-party insurance required

Fuel isn't included — you return the tank full. This boat's ~75 HP engine burn roughly 6 L/h while motoring, so a typical week (about 3 h a day, ~21 h) works out to roughly 126 L ≈ €189 at €1.50/L — scale it to your own plans.

Not for this boat — the operator charters it without a licence requirement. Generally, though: No licence is required by Turkish law, but charter companies require proof of competence such as an ICC or RYA Day Skipper certificate.

The yachts are authorized to sail within Turkish territorial waters only and are limited to 6 miles from the shore, so please plan your route to stay within these limits.

Please send your online e-crew list no later than 7 days before your charter starts, including each guest's details plus a copy of the skipper's valid licence and VHF radio certificate with clear numbers and photos.

You may only participate in regattas or races with our prior consent, and an extra refundable security deposit applies for these. We also ask that you always sail in safe weather conditions.

Only people listed on the crew list may operate the vessel, and the boat may not be used for any commercial purpose. The person at the helm must hold the required navigation and VHF licences.

We hand the boat over clean with full fuel and water tanks, gas, bed linen and towels, and we ask that you return her in the same condition with full tanks. After a diver's underwater inspection at check-out, your security deposit is fully refunded if all is in order.
