Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. You're only responsible for damage it doesn't cover, and that's capped at the security deposit. You can lower the deposit by adding the operator’s damage waiver. Operator terms: Vessel covered by third-party liability insurance and comprehensive Casco insurance up to registered vessel value. Casco covers damage exceeding deposit but not damage caused intentionally or gross negligence.

Fuel isn't included — you return the tank full. This boat's ~80 HP engine burn roughly 6.4 L/h while motoring, so a typical week (about 3 h a day, ~21 h) works out to roughly 134 L ≈ €251 at €1.87/L — scale it to your own plans.

At least one crew member must hold a recognised sailing licence (ICC or national equivalent) plus a VHF/SRC radio operator certificate, both checked on arrival.

Your price covers the use of all the vessel's equipment, a berth at the home marina, the Croatian sailing licence and concession permit, and full insurance. Port and mooring dues at other marinas are not included.

We hand the boat over fully equipped, clean and with full fuel and water tanks, and we ask that you return it in the same condition.

Please let us know if you are delayed. If you do not take over the vessel within 48 hours of the agreed handover time without any prior notice, we may end the contract and you would not be entitled to a refund.

If for any reason we cannot provide your boat, we will offer another vessel of at least the same standard. If we cannot arrange a replacement within 24 hours, you may cancel and have your payment refunded.
