The comfort of its lounge, which opens at 360° onto large windows, is simply stunning with the flow of sunlight and views. 4 + 1-cabin catamaran Fountaine Pajot Astrea 42 2024 Sirius1 can accommodate up to 9 people in 1 single cabin and 4 double cabins. Pillows, Blankets, and Towels are included in the price. Our Catamaran offers 4 double cabins and 4 ensuite bathrooms. Equipment features Furling rolling mainsail & Genoa, Air conditioning, solar panels, generator, watermaker, electrical winch & anchor winch, Ultra anchor, and electrical WC’s. The fully-equipped galley includes tableware for 10 persons and fully equipped cookware - utensils, oven, cooker, and sink.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this boat insured, and who pays for damage?
Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. For damage it doesn't cover, your liability is usually limited to the security deposit, except where the operator's terms say otherwise. Operator terms: The yacht has hull insurance. The deductible is 1% of the insured sum per incident: 3,000 for monohulls and 6,000 for catamarans (currency not stated), and 1% for machinery damage.
How much will fuel cost?
Fuel isn't included — you return the tank full. Estimated from engine power: this boat's ~100 HP engines burn roughly 8 L/h while motoring, so a typical week (about 3 h a day, ~21 h) works out to roughly 168 L ≈ €252 at €1.50/L — scale it to your own plans.
Do I need a sailing licence in Turkey?
Not if you add a skipper — this boat offers one, who holds the licence. Generally, though: No licence is required by Turkish law, but charter companies require proof of competence such as an ICC or RYA Day Skipper certificate.
Can I bring my dog or other pet on board?
No, animals are not allowed on board under our terms. Breaking this rule can lead to the contract being terminated.
Are there limits on how I can use the yacht?
The yacht is for private pleasure only. Racing, regattas, betting, towing other boats (except in an emergency), paid passenger transport and subletting are not allowed. Sailing from 30 minutes before sunset to 30 minutes before sunrise is forbidden, and you must stay within Turkish territorial waters unless we agree in writing.
What sailing experience does my crew need?
Your group must include at least one qualified skipper over 18 and one experienced crew member, and the yacht cannot be sailed single-handed. If you don't have the experience, you can appoint a skipper, or we can provide one for an extra charge if available. We may end the charter without a refund if we find you can't handle the yacht.
What happens if the weather turns bad?
For safety, you must not leave port or anchorage when wind is or is forecast to be above Beaufort 6, or when the harbour authorities ban sailing. Bad weather is not accepted as an excuse for returning late, so check the forecast and stay within a reasonable distance of the base in the final 48 hours.
What should I do if something breaks during my charter?
Contact us right away, and within an hour in the case of an accident, and take detailed photos. We'll send technical help, and a repair call-out is free unless the problem was caused by neglect or by the crew or skipper, in which case hourly, travel and parts charges apply.
