Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. You're only responsible for damage it doesn't cover, and that's capped at the security deposit. Operator terms: Charterer personally responsible for all material and legal costs if misdeeds or negligence result in damage to third party not covered by insurance.

Fuel isn't included — you return the tank full. This boat's ~425 HP engine burn roughly 34 L/h while motoring, so a typical week (about 3 h a day, ~21 h) works out to roughly 714 L ≈ €1335 at €1.87/L — scale it to your own plans.

At least one crew member must hold a recognised sailing licence (ICC or national equivalent) plus a VHF/SRC radio operator certificate, both checked on arrival.

No, pets are not permitted on board.

Yes. Our representative may ask whoever is navigating to demonstrate their competence by operating the boat at sea with the representative aboard. If they are not satisfied, we may place an experienced seaman on board at your cost for as long as is needed for safety; this time forms part of your charter.

You are asked to sail only within Croatian territorial waters unless you obtain our written approval to leave them, and to sail only in favorable weather with good visibility.

Please return the boat at the agreed time and place, clean, undamaged, and with full fuel tanks. If it comes back unclean or with less than full tanks, cleaning and refuelling costs may be deducted from your deposit.

May–October, with the most reliable maestral winds and warm seas in June–September; July–August are the hottest and busiest.
