You're only responsible for damage it doesn't cover, and that's capped at the security deposit. You can lower the deposit by adding the operator’s damage waiver. Yes. We can decline to hand over the boat if the skipper does not appear to have the right skills and competence, even with a licence presented. In that case the contract ends and we return the amount paid less 20% for office expenses.

On a bareboat charter your sailing area is always limited to the area covered by the sailing licences you provide. Please make sure your qualifications match where you would like to cruise.
