Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. You're only responsible for damage it doesn't cover, and that's capped at the security deposit. Fuel isn't included — you return the tank full. This boat's ~75 HP engine burn roughly 6 L/h while motoring, so a typical week (about 3 h a day, ~21 h) works out to roughly 126 L ≈ €189 at €1.50/L — scale it to your own plans.

No licence is required by Turkish law, but charter companies require proof of competence such as an ICC or RYA Day Skipper certificate.

Your cruising area is Turkish territorial waters along the coast between Antalya and Izmir/Cesme. You may only leave this area with our written approval arranged before the charter and the proper exit procedures, and you would be liable for any penalties if you sail outside it without permission.

We may test the skipper's knowledge and experience under our own rules. If we are not satisfied, we may assign an assistant or another skipper at your cost, and until one is arranged the yacht stays moored in the marina.

No, animals are not allowed on the yacht, along with illegal items, dangerous cargo and goods subject to customs declaration.

Please do not use the yacht for racing or regattas without our written approval, for commercial purposes, or to carry people or goods for profit. Towing another vessel should only be done in a genuine emergency when no other rescue is possible.

Night cruises should be avoided unless urgent and necessary, and you must inform us beforehand and keep the boat log carefully. Routine checks like engine oil and filters are your responsibility during the charter, and the dinghy, outboard, water-sports gear and VHF radio should only be used with the skipper's knowledge.
