Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. For damage it doesn't cover, your liability is usually limited to the security deposit, except where the operator's terms say otherwise. Operator terms: The operator insures the yacht for the charter period, including liability insurance. The insurance has a deductible for damages and losses up to the amount of the security deposit, which the Tenant pays.

Fuel isn't included — you return the tank full. Estimated from engine power: this boat's ~75 HP engine burns roughly 6 L/h while motoring, so a typical week (about 3 h a day, ~21 h) works out to roughly 126 L ≈ €189 at €1.50/L — scale it to your own plans.

Not if you add a skipper — this boat offers one, who holds the licence. Generally, though: No licence is required by Turkish law, but charter companies require proof of competence such as an ICC or RYA Day Skipper certificate.

You can cruise Turkish territorial waters along the coast from Antalya to Izmir/Çeşme. If you want to go beyond this area, you need our written approval before the charter starts and the proper exit procedures must be completed. Leaving the area without approval means you pay any resulting penalties, expenses or damages.

The yacht is for holiday use only, so no racing, commercial use or carrying people or goods for payment. Barbecuing on board is not allowed, and smoking is only permitted on deck. Night cruises should only happen for urgent reasons and we must be told first.

We may test the skipper's experience and knowledge under our own rules. If we are not satisfied, we can assign an assistant or another skipper at your cost, and the yacht stays in the marina until one is found.

Everyone on board must be listed in the official Transit Log. Please send us names, addresses, dates of birth and ID or passport numbers at least 7 days before the charter starts. No one else may be on board, and any change of people means the log must be redone at the Port Authority.
