Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. For damage it doesn't cover, your liability is usually limited to the security deposit, except where the operator's terms say otherwise. Operator terms: The charterer is recommended to obtain travel insurance covering cancellation due to weather, medical expenses, personal accident, and loss or damage to personal belongings.

Fuel isn't included — you return the tank full. Estimated from engine power: this boat's ~90 HP engines burn roughly 7.2 L/h while motoring, so a typical week (about 3 h a day, ~21 h) works out to roughly 151 L ≈ €264 at €1.75/L — scale it to your own plans.

Up to 4 guests can be on board. Children under 12 need special permission from us, so please ask before you book.

The captain and crew may change the route or itinerary for weather or safety, because safety always comes first. We'll make reasonable efforts to offer alternative arrangements or reschedule, but we can't be liable for losses such as missed onward travel.

Your charter includes a skipper and a chef, along with housekeeping, linen and towels. You'll get three meals a day, plus tea, coffee and snacks. The captain and crew are in charge of the vessel's safety and the itinerary, so please follow their instructions.

Smoking isn't allowed in non-smoking areas or below deck, and some areas on board are restricted. Fishing or anything that could harm marine life is not allowed unless the captain authorizes it. Illegal activities, including drug use or possession, can end the charter immediately without a refund.

The Green Tax (USD 6 per person per day), alcoholic beverages, motorized water sports, diving and surfing excursions, and gratuity are extra. Snorkeling gear and an airport transfer are included.
