Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. For damage it doesn't cover, your liability is usually limited to the security deposit, except where the operator's terms say otherwise. You can lower the deposit by adding the operator’s damage waiver. Operator terms: The operator offers deposit insurance to protect clients in case of damages.

Fuel isn't included — you return the tank full. Estimated from engine power: this boat's ~114 HP engines burn roughly 9.1 L/h while motoring, so a typical week (about 3 h a day, ~21 h) works out to roughly 191 L ≈ €323 at €1.69/L — scale it to your own plans.

Not if you add a skipper — this boat offers one, who holds the licence. Generally, though: A recognised sailing licence such as an ICC or IYT qualification is required, together with an adequate sailing résumé.

No, night navigation is not allowed on our yachts. Plan to be anchored or moored before dark.

Your sailing area is limited to the Inner islands of the Seychelles. If you take the yacht outside this area without our written consent, you will be liable for any financial and legal consequences.

Please return it in the same condition you received it. Standard cleaning covers average use, but extra charges can apply for things like heavily soiled bedding, excessive sand or soaked upholstery.

The terms don't ban these, but extra cleaning fees apply afterwards. Fishing, smoking and grilling messes cost at least EUR 100 to clean. Sunscreen stains on cushions that can't be cleaned on site cost EUR 100 to 290.

Yes, but you must return everything to the place you rented it from. If you don't, we will return it for a EUR 100 fee. You are also responsible for repair costs if rented items scratch or damage the boat.
