Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. For damage it doesn't cover, your liability is usually limited to the security deposit, except where the operator's terms say otherwise. Operator terms: Third-party liability and comprehensive (Casco) insurance are included, along with insurance against third-party damage (covers damages exceeding the deposit, excluding intentional acts and gross negligence).

Fuel isn't included — you return the tank full. Estimated from engine power: this boat's ~114 HP engines burn roughly 9.1 L/h while motoring, so a typical week (about 3 h a day, ~21 h) works out to roughly 191 L ≈ €357 at €1.87/L — scale it to your own plans.

Not if you add a skipper — this boat offers one, who holds the licence. Generally, though: At least one crew member must hold a recognised sailing licence (ICC or national equivalent) plus a VHF/SRC radio operator certificate, both checked on arrival.

Pets are only allowed with our prior approval. If approved, a EUR 150 cleaning fee applies, so please ask us before you book.

Yes. Night sailing, regattas, towing, commercial use and subleasing are not allowed. You also can't sail in winds above 30 knots, so plan your days around the weather.

You can sail within Croatian territorial waters. If you'd like to go into international waters, you need our written permission first.

The maximum is 10 people. We also need your crew list with full names and passport numbers 14 days before embarkation.

Up to 3 hours late costs one extra daily charter fee. More than 3 hours late costs three times the daily fee plus any costs we incur, such as a lost booking. Weather delays are also penalised unless we've approved them in advance.
