Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. For damage it doesn't cover, your liability is usually limited to the security deposit, except where the operator's terms say otherwise. Operator terms: The owner insures the yacht and equipment against fire, marine and collision risks, third-party damage, and loss or damage in excess of EUR 3500.

Fuel isn't included — you return the tank full. Estimated from engine power: this boat's ~92 HP engines burn roughly 7.4 L/h while motoring, so a typical week (about 3 h a day, ~21 h) works out to roughly 155 L ≈ €302 at €1.95/L — scale it to your own plans.

Not if you add a skipper — this boat offers one, who holds the licence. Generally, though: Two crew with proof of competence are required — a skipper holding an ICC or national equivalent and a co-skipper who signs a declaration of sailing experience.

The yacht is for private pleasure only. Racing, towing other boats (except in an emergency) and subletting are not allowed. You also need the operator's written consent to take her outside Greek waters.

Up to 10 people at sea, and only those listed on your crew/passenger manifest. Your group must include at least one qualified skipper and one experienced crew member.

We take your written statement of sailing and navigation competence as the basis of the charter. We may ask you to demonstrate it at sea with one of our representatives aboard. If you don't satisfy us, we may place a seaman on board for as many days as we consider necessary, or end the charter.

For safety you must not leave a port or anchorage if wind is, or is forecast to be, above Beaufort 6, or if the harbour authorities have banned sailing. Night sailing needs a sufficient watch on deck.

Contact us first and get our consent before arranging any repairs. Keep the receipts, because repairs due to normal wear are refunded at the end of the charter. After an accident or damage, ask the nearest port authority to make a written record and tell us at the same time.
