Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. For damage it doesn't cover, your liability is usually limited to the security deposit, except where the operator's terms say otherwise. Operator terms: All boats are insured for third-party liability, damage to hull, machinery and equipment, and sea pollution liability, with a deductible depending on the yacht's value.

Not personally — this boat requires a skipper, who holds the licence. Generally, though: Two crew with proof of competence are required — a skipper holding an ICC or national equivalent and a co-skipper who signs a declaration of sailing experience.

One crew member must hold a skipper-level sailing certificate, and another experienced crew member must be declared as co-skipper. The Port Authority approves these qualifications on the day of departure. If we judge your skills insufficient, we may ask you to hire a professional skipper.

Yes. A skipper costs EUR 190 per day and a hostess/cook EUR 180 per day, both plus provisioning. Crew services are not included in the base charter rate.

Yes, we can arrange provisioning in advance from our provision list. The supplies are delivered to the yacht only after check-in is complete.

You can add a gennaker (EUR 350 per week, with an extra EUR 1000 deposit), a stand-up paddle board (EUR 140 per week), a safety net (EUR 250), life jackets, extra linen and towels, or an internet pack (EUR 50 per week). Extras come from independent providers, are subject to availability and are paid in cash at the base.

Final cleaning is included in the charter rate. A mandatory per-charter cleaning fee, which depends on the boat's size and type, is added as well.
