-------------------------------------------------- CANCELLATION TERMS A refund of up to 50% is available if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the arrival date, excluding management fees. ADVANCED PROVISIONING ALLOWANCE (APA) The price of the booking does not include fuel, mooring fees, provisions, and other additional costs, which amount to approximately 30% of the total booking value. BOOKING VALIDITY AND GUEST LIMITS The booking is valid for the number of people indicated in the booking confirmation or for up to 8 people, whichever is lower. Additional guests, up to a maximum of 12 for day cruises, may be subject to an extra charge. For a "Day Charter," a courtesy cabin is available. For an "Overnight Charter," full access to all cabins is provided. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT - Day Charter: Check-in at 11:00 AM, Check-out at 7:00 PM - Weekly Charter: Check-in at 2:00 PM, Check-out at 9:00 AM In case of delay or no-show at check-in, no refund will be issued. BOAT RULES Animals are not permitted on board. Smoking or using drugs on board is not permitted! PORT AVAILABILITY During peak season or major events, mooring availability may not be guaranteed and must be confirmed directly with the ports.
