Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. You're only responsible for damage it doesn't cover, and that's capped at the security deposit. Operator terms: Yacht covered by liability and hull insurance. Deductible per claim equals security deposit amount.

Fuel isn't included — you return the tank full. This boat's ~715 HP engine burn roughly 57.2 L/h while motoring, so a typical week (about 3 h a day, ~21 h) works out to roughly 1201 L ≈ €2246 at €1.87/L — scale it to your own plans.

At least one crew member must hold a recognised sailing licence (ICC or national equivalent) plus a VHF/SRC radio operator certificate, both checked on arrival.

The price covers use of the yacht with its agreed equipment and insurance, plus general taxes and fees at the start and destination berths. Fuel, berths in other ports, check-in/out fees, final cleaning, gas, bed linen and towels are not included unless stated in your contract.

The yacht is for recreational use only, not commercial use or carrying paying passengers. Racing needs our prior written consent, subletting isn't allowed, and dangerous goods may not be carried.

Pets are allowed only with our prior written consent, so please check with us before bringing one.

You may only use the yacht within the agreed sailing area; leaving it needs our prior written consent. Night sailing is only permitted with our express permission.

Please seek a sheltered harbour when winds reach Beaufort force 6 or more. In case of damage, collision or accident, notify us immediately and follow our instructions, and if towing is needed, always use the yacht's own line without agreeing any towing or salvage terms first.

May–October, with the most reliable maestral winds and warm seas in June–September; July–August are the hottest and busiest.
