Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. For damage it doesn't cover, your liability is usually limited to the security deposit, except where the operator's terms say otherwise. Operator terms: The boat has full charter coverage insurance. It covers the persons on board, up to the maximum number of passengers permitted on the chartered vessel.

Fuel isn't included, and on a powerboat it's the biggest variable cost. Estimated from engine power: at a typical planing cruise this boat's 250 HP engine burns roughly 38 L/h — about €71 an hour at €1.87/L. It depends heavily on speed: easing off the throttle cuts it sharply, running flat out raises it. Plan your fuel around the hours and speed you expect to cruise.

Not if you add a skipper — this boat offers one, who holds the licence. Generally, though: At least one crew member must hold a recognised sailing licence (ICC or national equivalent) plus a VHF/SRC radio operator certificate, both checked on arrival.

Yes, you can charter the boat either bareboat or with a skipper, whichever suits your experience and plans.

Please bring the boat back in the same condition as you found it, with all of its equipment. We check this at handover before your security deposit is released.

You can bring up to the maximum number of passengers permitted on the vessel. Please keep to that limit for everyone's safety.
