Porth Conger

Porth Conger is a sheltered little inlet tucked between the islands of St Agnes and Gugh, where you can drop anchor and take in one of the quieter corners of Scilly. The narrow channel between the two islands is only crossable on foot at low tide via a sandbar, making it a fascinating spot to watch the tides do their thing. St Agnes itself is one of the most southerly and unspoiled islands in the UK, with flower farms, an old lighthouse, and a remarkably laid-back pace once you get ashore.
