Tongue Bay

Drop anchor here and you've got a great base for exploring — the walk up to Hill Inlet lookout is unmissable, with sweeping views down Whitehaven Beach and the swirling turquoise sands of the inlet. The bay itself is a solid spot for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, and keeping an eye out for turtles gliding past. It's the kind of place you'll want to linger longer than planned.
