You're only responsible for damage it doesn't cover, and that's capped at the security deposit. Operator terms: Charterer must ensure yacht covered by comprehensive insurance for property damage and ship liability insurance. Coverage minimum €1,000,000 or equivalent.

No. Without our prior written consent you may not take part in regattas or use the yacht for commercial purposes such as training, or goods or passenger transport. You also cannot take more people on board than agreed on the crew list.
