About this boat

Its powerful hull has been designed with racing in mind, the Sun Odissey 410, as the shipyard confirms, offers an exceptional quality of life on board. Taking into account its comfort, the feeling of space and aesthetics, the TOMEU is a high performance sailing yacht, it was built to improve above all efficiency and safety in navigation, but also to increase habitability. As for the cabin, it was possible to create a feeling of union between the exterior and interior with only three small stair steps separating them. All cabins are spacious and very bright, and a large part of the boat has been dedicated to comfort and well-being on board. The engine is powerful and the boat is light, which makes it very easy to manoeuvre, together with a powerful bow thruster and two rudder blades.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this boat insured, and who pays for damage?
Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. You're only responsible for damage it doesn't cover, and that's capped at the security deposit.
How much will fuel cost?
Fuel isn't included — you return the tank full. This boat's ~45 HP engine burn roughly 3.6 L/h while motoring, so a typical week (about 3 h a day, ~21 h) works out to roughly 76 L ≈ €130 at €1.71/L — scale it to your own plans.
Do I need a sailing licence in Spain?
A recognised sailing licence is required, with an ICC typically requested for non-Spanish skippers chartering a bareboat.
When is the best time to sail in Spain?
April–October across the Balearics and Costa Brava; reliable warm summers, busiest in July–August with the occasional afternoon thermal breeze.
