For damage it doesn't cover, your liability is usually limited to the security deposit, except where the operator's terms say otherwise. Operator terms: An optional damage waiver reduces the security deposit.

Not if you add a skipper — this boat offers one, who holds the licence. Generally, though: Two crew with proof of competence are required — a skipper holding an ICC or national equivalent and a co-skipper who signs a declaration of sailing experience.

Yes, you can add a professional skipper, hostess or cook for a daily fee. A hostess prepares breakfast and a light lunch and keeps the common areas tidy, while a cook prepares three meals a day. Provisioning is not included, and crew need their own cabin with WC/shower.

Send us a written complaint describing the issue within 24 hours of it happening, and before your charter ends. Complaints made after the charter may not be considered.

A mandatory cleaning fee applies to every charter, based on the type and length of the boat. If you bring a pet, this fee is doubled.
