For damage it doesn't cover, your liability is usually limited to the security deposit, except where the operator's terms say otherwise. Operator terms: The boat has full charter coverage insurance. It covers the persons on board, up to the maximum number of passengers permitted on the chartered vessel.

Fuel isn't included, and on a powerboat it's the biggest variable cost.
