Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. For damage it doesn't cover, your liability is usually limited to the security deposit, except where the operator's terms say otherwise. Operator terms: The charterer is responsible for all damage to persons or property for which they are culpable, and must pay compensation before disembarking.

Fuel isn't included — you return the tank full. Estimated from engine power: this boat's ~1550 HP engine burns roughly 124 L/h while motoring, so a typical week (about 3 h a day, ~21 h) works out to roughly 2604 L ≈ €4869 at €1.87/L — scale it to your own plans.

Not personally — a skipper is included with this boat and holds the licence. Generally, though: At least one crew member must hold a recognised sailing licence (ICC or national equivalent) plus a VHF/SRC radio operator certificate, both checked on arrival.

Pets are only allowed with the operator's prior approval, so please ask before you book. If approved, you're responsible for looking after your pet properly during the trip.

Sailing normally takes place between sunrise and sunset, and night sailing is only possible when conditions are safe. Your charter includes 4 hours of sailing per day, and longer days are charged at the vessel owner's price list.

Your trip stays within Croatian territorial waters. If you'd like to go beyond them, you need written approval from us first and you cover any related administrative costs.

Only the people on your guest list can board, and the number must match the list and the vessel's registered capacity. If you'd like to add a guest later, arrange it with us. The captain can also allow extra visitors, but only while the boat is berthed in the harbour.

You're welcome to suggest a route or plan, and the captain will do their best to follow it. The captain has the final say on safety, so the route can change because of weather or distance.

May–October, with the most reliable maestral winds and warm seas in June–September; July–August are the hottest and busiest.
